Jethro Tull - Aqualung (1971)

Aqualung Review
Aqualung by Jethro Tull was released on March 19th, 1971, by Chrysalis Records It is the bands fourth studio album and the album that launched them as progressive rock superstars. The album blends multiple musical styles, and the lyrics deal with a verity of topics including homelessness and religion. According to BestSellingAlbums.org Aqualung has sold at least 3 million copies in the United States alone and at least 100,000 copies in the United Kingdom.
Artwork
The artwork of "Aqualung" is iconic in the world of both progressive rock and classic rock. There is not another album cover that even vaguely resembles this one it's that unique.
Songs
The album starts off with the title track "Aqualung". This is without a doubt Jethro Tulls most popular song and even people who may have not be fans of the band might know the song as it is a popular classic rock track.
Some of my other favorite tracks include
Cheap Day Return
Wond'ring Aloud
Locomotive Breath
Thant being said I enjoy every song on this album and I genuinely think it is a perfect album from start to finish.
